 For this project, we were required to take selfies following the guidelines of the project. going into this project I was not looking forward to it because I do not enjoy selfies. I think better images can be taken, images of things other than myself. After the project, I see many things that can be done with selfies and have a less negative opinion of them. My favorite selfie from this set if the one where I took out the blue background and added a cool pattern in the background. That was the one I feel turned out the best. My least favorite is the one where we had to put our image in the rule of thirds because that image was already taken in thirds so the effects I made were not obvious. I believe I was successful in my Approptionation photo, despite the fact that the lady in the Mona Lisa and I share different head sizes. I feel that the skin tone matched up well and her features blended with mine. In the Mona Lisa, I believe I accurately demonstrated shape. By resizing my head and changing the shape to match the shape of her head, the two images matched up fairly well. In the ghost lense one, I believe that I accurately depicted contrast. by my changing the contrast of the different layers, each set of my eyes pop, but at the same time are suttle. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this assignment.
